The Bypass

Check out this silent short film Bypass starring Irfan Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. It is an interesting film just lengthy enough to capture a theme and tell a story ... Its from 2003 before Nawazuddin struck it rich in Gangs of Wasseypur.

As the director Amit Kumar says,he was inspired by Anurag Kashyap. Anurag's touch is evident in most of the creative output's from our desi cinema. So our very own Mani Sir is on the decent, still struck in the romance based movies and Anurag is on the ascent with bold movies.

The short movie has all the ingredients required in a plot ... it has romance, intrigue, con men, fallen women, corrupt inspector and yeah little bit of sex thrown in and the only difficulty for the viewer would be when these elements passed by in those 15 short minutes would be difficult to figure out, so watch the movie and spot the elements and as yes it has a message too, Circle of Life.

who was the boss ???

In a vineyard the regular tester died and the director started looking for a new one to hire. A drunkard with a ragged, dirty look came to apply for the position. 
The director of the factory wondered how to send him away and the easy was to test him and reject so started the test ...

They gave him a glass with a drink. He tried it and said, "It's red wine, a muscat, three years old, grown on a north slope, matured in steel containers."
"That's correct", said the boss.

Another glass. "It's red wine, Cabernet, eight years old, a south western slope, oak barrels."
"Correct." The director was astonished. 

He winked at his secretary to suggest something. She brought in a glass of what looked like water but little pale and the alcoholic tried it.
"It's a blonde, 26 years old, three months pregnant, made inside the office. And if you don't give me the job, I'll also tell who's the father!"

The boss fainted in disbelief ....

Yeah I know its a good joke, but the question was, who was the boss ???
